Shipping Policies

Citywheelchairs.com offers free shipping on all Invacare products within the continental US, Alaska and Hawaii. Manual wheelchairs and smaller products are shipped via UPS Ground or FedEX Ground.

For overseas shipping please contact Citywheelchairs.com. so we may find the most suitable way to deliver your product. We can arrange shipping to most destinations in the world.

Return Policy

Any products bought or sold through Citywheelchairs.com may be returned within 3 days after receipt of product. All returned products will be subjected to a 30% restocking fee.

All sales are final after 3 days after receipt of product.

Restocking Fees

All returned items bought or sold through Citywheelchairs.com will be subjected to a 30% restocking fee. Exceptions to this policy:

• Items bought through Citywheelchairs.com were received damaged or defective.
• Items bought through Citywheelchairs.com and received by the customer was not specified on the initial order, i.e., wrong color, size, model, etc.

Additional charges may be added if returned products are not received in a reasonably good condition.

Refund Policy

A customer may receive a full refund from Citywheelchairs.com if the product they receive was damaged or defective. In this case, Citywheelchairs.com will try to correct the mistake and ship to the customer a new product.

Monies (minus any applicable restocking fees) will be refunded back to the customer once sold products have been returned to Citywheelchairs.com. in compliance with our return policy.
